The hotel is a bit far from towncentre. If you are not driving, may need to spend 7-8 £ from towncentre. It's quite clean and staff is friendly alright. Though located on the road, we didnt have much noise as such. |

The room was fine, maybe one or two more pictures to brighten it up a bit. The taps in the bathroom [sink and shower] were quite stiff to turn. |

The noise of the doors banging shut made the hotel walls shake. had to change my room because of smelly room, no fresh air as there is no windows to the outside. no one in the bar have to keep waiting to be served. Bad hotel. |

Reasonable hotel at a very reasonable price. Outstanding service from the extremely helpful restaurant staff, particularly the lady. |

The room was very spacious however it was above the function room exit which became a bit noisy towards the end of the function, also the curtains would benefit from having some black out linings especially as it is a family room and at 5 am the room very bright! Breakfast was very nice even if a bit on the expensive side. |
