We welcome you to stay with us in our beautifully situated hotel on Eastbourne's seafront. Our friendly, helpful management and staff will make you feel instantly at home. We will strive to make your stay however you want it to be - whether for business or pleasure we have something that will appeal to you.
The Langham Hotel is an AA rated three star hotel with 80 bedrooms, many of which have views of Eastbourne's beautiful coastline. Our other facilities include a roomy and comfortable bar, terrace and restaurant with amazing views of the sea, and a conference and function room with facilities for meetings, parties and family get-togethers. All public areas are now non-smoking and as from 1st July 2007 the entire hotel will be smoke free. Our entry ramp ensures easy access to the hotel for disabled guests in wheelchairs and electric scooters.
For the business traveller we know what you need from a hotel: full English breakfast served from 7.00 a.m., laundry and dry cleaning service, dataport and wireless internet connection are just a few of our standard services.

From the M25 take the M23 south to A23, then A27 east to Lewes and Eastbourne. Locally, follow A27 or A259 to Eastbourne's seafront Parades. The Langham Hotel, Eastbourne is located on the corner where Royal Parade is joined by Cambridge Road.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and in my experience their single rooms fall far short of the standard shown on their website. The rooms tend to be at the back of the hotel, overlooking a row of derelict buildings. On this occasion it was therefore something of a treat to at least have a room at the side of the hotel which enabled me to see the sea, although the room itself was a little tired. You also had to be reasonably slim in order to use the loo with any degree of comfort, and the shower had 'character'! Guests need to be aware that parking at The Langham is not easy at any time of year. Free parking is available, if you are lucky, in one of the nearby residential roads - otherwise you have to pay from 08:00 until 18:30.

At this price, can't complain. Staff helpful, reception restaurant & bar all the 3* part. Room not cutting the mustard but clean.
Breakfast adequete. Would stay again but not at full money.

My room was ok but others complained that their twin room was below par. Early morning breakfast was poor, slow service and cold food. Reception service was ok but lacked warmth!

My Room was very clean and comfortable although maybe not to the standard shown on the website- I felt that some rooms may be better than others. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely as was the bar area and cream tea! Definately value for money. Situated on the beachfront and near enough to the pier and the town centre. Suggest a trip on the sightseeing bus to get your bearings whilst in Eastbourne.
