The apartment was reasonable value for money in a quiet location close to the tube station. We arrived on New Years Eve on a very cold day and the apartment was not warm enough but the thermostat did not seem to work so we could not increase the heating. The bathroom heated towel rail was off with no way to turn it on so the bathroom was very cold throughout our stay. The kitchen area was well equipped. Generally the apartment was comfortable.

Room was reasonable - the bed is a sofa pullout. The room was not cleaned when it stated it would be, therefore I had to buy my own toilet rolls etc. Getting into the room could have been easier, the codes that they supplied to get into the safety box were incorrect and it was lucky that they were still contactable via telephone.

Eagle Court apartments. We booked a studio apartment so that we would have the convenience of self-catering facilities, having stayed in hotels in the same area which don't have dining rooms and not always wanting the bother or expense of going out to a restaurant. We were delighted by the apartment - bright, modern, clean, with excellent facilities. Given its central location it was surprisingly quiet and the tube station was only minutes away. From a catering point of view, everything was provided. The arrangments for picking up keys worked very well and the building was extremely secure. We would definitely stay in a MiNC apartment again.

The apartment was in such a great spot for the club we went to (fabric). It was a lovely clean apartment with all mod cons. Only complaint was that there was no cheese grater!!

My appartment was not cleaned as contracted on the Thursday of each week. This is clearly a breach of contract and unacceptable. Customer service number was unreachable.
