Welcome to The Rufford Hotel located in the leafy Nottingham Suburb of West Bridgford, the Rufford Hotel is a 2* hotel
providing a friendly welcome and a comfortable stay to visitors to the Nottingham area.
As a weekend getaway or a “home from home” The Rufford Hotel is the ideal Hotel for the pleasure seeker or the business traveller. Our comfortable ensuite rooms offer everything you need.
From the lone business traveller to the family booking the Rufford has rooms to suit them all.
All rooms offer Hospitality tray, television and free Wi-Fi internet access as standard(access may be limited in some rooms).
Whether dining in the Restaurant or relaxing in the Conservatory Bar,(free Wi-Fi) our guests can expect quality food and a wide range of drinks served by our experience Staff.
After a long hard day, be it working, walking or shopping why not relax in our comfortable bar. Enjoy all your favourite drinks whether you fancy a cup of tea or maybe something stronger.
If you feel peckish why not sample our Light bites menu or for something heartier why not try the Rufford Restaurant.
The Restaurant is open for breakfast from 6.30 am to 9.00am weekdays and 8am to 10 am weekends. Enjoy your complimentary breakfast from Continental to Full English Breakfast freshly prepared and served to your table by our experienced Waiting Staff.
From 6pm to 8.30 pm monday to thursday the restaurant serves a range of Hot and Cold evening meals from our A la carte menu

From the M1. Take Motorway exit at junction 24. Take the 3rd Exit sign posted Nottingham South A453. Continue along A453 entering Clifton. At the Roundabout take 2nd exit Clifton Lane A453 signposted Nottingham. Keep in Left hand lane and branch left signs for (Grantham Newark and Melton) at roundabout take 1st exit B679. At mini roundabout continue forward. At Junction Wilford Lane ( B679) and Loughborough Road (A60) keep in right hand lane bear right at traffic lights Melton Road (A606) Rufford Hotel is 400m along Melton Road on the left hand side. From Nottingham East Midlands Airport NEMA is located on the A453 turn left out of NEMA follow signs for Nottingham then follow directions above. Local taxi firms charge around £25.00 one way. The Skylink Shuttle Bus runs from NEMA to Nottingham every 30 minutes throughout the day and costs £5.00 one way. The Bus stops at the end of the B679 Wilford Lane, a 5 minute walk to the hotel for those with a small amount of luggage alternatively stay on the bus and alight at Nottingham Station where either a local bus service (see below) or Taxi service is available. From Nottingham Station. A taxi costs about £6.00 Local bus services. The ‘KC’ Trent Barton service departs from a stop 100m to the right of the station exit and drops off on Melton Road 20m past the hotel a single ticket costs £1.40.

Pleasant stay.
Rooma little cramped but more than adequate for my needs.
The staff were very frendly and I was made to feel more than welcome.

Good Hotel compared to other establishments in Nottingham with respect to price. team friendly even under pressure WI Fi solid.

Room not clean (TV reception poor), poorly staffed (appeared to be only one member of staff on site Saturday evening and night), very poorly stocked bar (felt we weren't welcome), no evening food facilities (therefore had to eat out, though this may have been a blessing), breakfast poorly cooked (poached egg was inedible) - no fruit either.
A really dreadful experience !
