    Nice "boutique" type hotel. Rooms very well appointed. Staff very friendly. Easy booking in and checking out. Would def. recommend.

    there was a building site outside our room. this did not bother us but might some people. Hotel is hard to et to because of the building site.

    BessaHotel was absolutely fantastic. Clean, comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would (and have) recommended the hotel to friends and family. If I were being picky I might mention that the metro station is more of a 20 minute walk than 10 but in the lovely sunshine we really didn't mind. You could choose to catch a bus (just a 2 minute walk from the hotel) to take you to the metro or skip the metro altogether and stay on the bus which will take you to the centre of Porto. I think that it is also worth mentioning that our room was as nice if not nicer than the pictures on the web, really lovely and incredible value.
