Steve and Cathy welcome you to their warm friendly run guest house offering clean quality accomodation all year round.Enjoy your breakfast in our lovely airy dining room, where we offer you a hearty breakfast and home baked bread all at individual tables. The bedrooms are also bright and airy. all with T.V, Radio alarm clocks,Hospitality trays.Set in a ideal location a 300m level walk to the beach, and just a 10 minute walk away to the town. We are just 250m from the English Riviera conference centre and convenient for all the great amenities of Torbay. At the Elmsdale you are just a few minutes from the train station or we have a car park if you are driving. We are strictly non smoking to ensure your stay with us is a comfortable and safe one.

Directions to The Elmsdale Guest House

By road: From J31 of the M5, follow the A38 and then the A380 sign posted Torquay. Follow the A380 to the Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot. Continue on A380 to the 'English Riviera' roundabout then follow the A3022 into Torquay. Turn right at the Halfords store into Avenue Road. About 100 mtrs down the road on your left will see a petrol station, you will need to get into the right hand lane and as you approach the Traffic lights you will see the Elmsdale to your right.

Very friendly guest house which was very clean and welcoming. Good breakfasts well cooked with home made bread.
We would definitely recommend.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. Directions given were very good. The guesthouse was within easy walking distance of local attractions and central for sightseeing and visiting other areas.

Hotel was nice and easy to find. Local by walking to everywhere we wanted to go.
Service was top notch with a very frendly and warm welcome. Would highly reccomend and use again thanks.
