Stay was Ok ..however we were not in the main building and the plumbing was a bit noisy (turning on hot water tap sounded like a plane going to crash). Also no bed side light which made the room a bit cheerless. |

The guest house is conveniently placed just outside the city with major bus routes available just outside the hotel, we found the staff friendly and efficient. The tariff was consistent with the accommodation and exactly suited our purpose, we would definitely use the guest house again when we come to Birmingham. |
