The hotel was ideally located, within easy walking of the beach and town centre; sadly there was no local parking which meant a cost of £20 was incurred. This did not however cast a dark cloud over our stay, the room was decorated to a high clean standard; with large walk in shower for 2 or more! The breakfast was served in the funky lobby, accompanied by calming tunes and funky art. The staff were both friendly and approachable, overall a great stay was had by both my wife and I; highly recommend this venue for a pleasant relaxing stay in delightful Brighton. |

This was a clean friendly hotel with a smart single room that was recently refurbished. I only saw 1 hotel staff member in the evening and morning and can only report that she was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. |

Found the hotel ok. Parking on the Prom just down the road was ok & cheapish. The rooms was a bit small but very nicely equipped and clean. Think the price of the room should have included breakfast, we found the cafe on the prom did a reasonably priced bacon butty & a drink. |

Nice hotel, the only problem is that we got a room at the 4th floor without any lift...but actually having booked with very little advance it seems to be quite reasonable. The room was clean but a little bit small. The toilet good, with a very nice walk-in shower. |
