A very good hotel. However it could become an excellent hotel if it they could only relax just alittle. Further there are too many gadgets, a simple kettle in the rooms would be better than a tassimo coffee maker. |

Holm House is a wonderful hotel just outside Cardiff. The hotel is aimed at the boutique end of the market and so is ideal for couples or business travellers who want an alternatve to the St Davids in the city centre. Ideally located just off the quaint victorian sea front of Penarth, 5 minutes from Cardiff, the prom and pier make a pleasent after dinner walk. The quality of service and fit-out of the rooms, along with a wonderful fine dinning restaurant make this one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the country. So good in fact that I turned my phone off, went AWOL, stayed an extra day and treated myself to a relaxing massage. Sublime. |
