We are ideally situated across the road from World Famous "Blackpool Pleasure Beach”. All rooms are en-suite, with Satellite TV, tea & coffee making facilities, hair-dryer and use of irons, plus FREE Wi-Fi access. FREE PARKING. A two minute walk will bring you to the famous trams on the promenade and then down onto the beach where you can enjoy miles of golden sand, far enough away from the bustle of Blackpool's famous Golden Mile to offer a relaxing, refreshing and high quality experience. We go to great lengths to give you a very clean and fresh room. Towels are changed daily. You have your own Table at Breakfast. Free Car Parking. The "Pleasure Beach" Railway station is only 1 minute walk away, Lonsdale Road and Talbot Road coach station are just a short taxi journey. The "Blackpool Tower", Blackpool Pier, "Sandcastle”, Water World, Casino's, etc are all within easy reach...We only accept reservations from Couples & Families. No Groups. PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT Licensed and we operate a No Smoking Policy.

Proceed to the end of the M55, carry on into Blackpool and follow the signs for the "Pleasure Beach" . Just past the "Pleasure Beach", by the Star Inn (keeping the sea on your right), turn left, left and first right into Napier Avenue, we are the first Guest House on the left. IMPORTANT Please Note, We are not Licensed & We are a Non Smoking Establishment. A Non Refundable Deposit of 33% of the total booking will be taken from your Debit/Credit card plus £3 or 3% Bank Charge (whichever is the greater). The balance is payable on arrival. If you wish to save paying the bank charges on the Balance you can always pay in cash. The FULL AMOUNT will be taken when Booking One Night stays.

The guest house was easy to find with directions. very accomodating and friendly. I am in catering and also health concious so when breakfast was served I would have liked wholemeal toast and skimmed or semi milk on offer. I have to say that I didn't ask if they had these because I presumed rightly or wrongly probably not.

This was a great hotel & we would recommend it. It was clean & tidy & ideal for what we wanted. Good choice of breakfast options.

We had no complaints whatsoever about this hotel. It was clean, friendly, comfortable, welcoming....I could go on, but you get the idea. Located in the south area of Blackpool, this hotel is ideally situated for the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and South pier, 3 mins walk from a tram stop and the same to the front gate of the Pleasure Beach. The rooms were a good size and for the price were more than acceptable. The breakfast choice was more than we had expected from a small private hotel - but greatly appreciated all the same. Run by a very friendly lady - give this place a chance and I guarantee you will not be dissapointed.

Excellent value for money, good location, easy to find. Friendly hosts, lovely room with plenty of space for 4 of us. Good choice of Breakfast. Very enjoyable stay - would go back without hesitation & would recommend to others.

we found the hotel very easy to find and that it was in a good location.The owners were very nice and helpful and breakfast was good, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of room in the room as there were three of us and the facilities were good too.We had a really good time in Blackpool and our little boy loved it too.we hope to go back soon.
