Please note: Marlin Apartments take payment at the point of booking and booking on this website is formal acceptance of Marlin Apartments terms and conditions.<br /><br />To enable Check-in please send photographic ID (Passport/Driving Licence) to Marlin Apartments prior to arrival. <br /><br />It is very important that you contact reservations prior to arrival to receive your lockbox number and directions to the development. If you have not received your booking confirmation from Marlin Apartments, please contact Marlin Apartments directly. Without the lockbox number you will not have access to the apartment.<br /><br />Please be aware that some credit cards incurr a service charge for making payment (3.5% or Amex 4.5%). Also booking on this website is confirmation of the acceptance of Marlin Apartments terms and conditions listed on this website.<br /><br /><br />Cancellation Policy: Payment is taken in full prior to arrival and all cancellations are non-refundable. <br /><br />1.These terms are applicable to all Contracts of any kind made by (“the Client”) and Marlin Apartments (“Marlin”) and apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation. Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.<br /><br />2.The Client agrees to pay all rental costs and charges related to the apartment and are liable for payment of any uncollected rent or charges including damage beyond normal wear and tear or incidentals for the rental term listed on the booking confirmation form which accompanies each rental booking.<br /><br />3.Any bookings made under a promotional rate or code incur a 100% cancellation charge<br /><br />4.The client accepts responsibility for any damages beyond normal wear and tear<br /><br />5.A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date<br /><br />6.Should any keys be lost or stolen, the client will be liable for the full cost of an emergency locksmith plus any replacement fobs required for operating entrance doors / car park gates, etc<br /><br />7.Marlin will not accept responsibility for personal injury, damages or loss of property. Marlin encourages all guests to carry travel insurance in the unlikely event of such incidents<br /><br />8.Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that Bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, Marlin reserve the right to relocate any Booking to another room of similar size and standard in the locality. The Client acknowledges that Marlin accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Client in consequence of the relocation of the Client.<br /><br />9.On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 10.30 a.m. Failure to do so will entitle Marlin to charge for an additional night.<br /><br />10.Marlin reserve the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.<br /><br />11.Marlin reserve the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.<br /><br />12.Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the property, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.<br /><br />13.Guests are allowed guide dogs only.<br /><br />14.Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times<br /><br />15.Please take note of the maximum number of people per apartment. Should this be exceeded without authorisation, a charge will be levied to your account<br />16.Please note that for bookings made with a credit card a 3.5% surcharge 4.5% for AMEX cards is applicable.
