Firstly, on arrival we were advised of the wrong room number (202 but we had the key for 206, although the key fob is stamped with a 400 number???) and so we were trying to gain access to another person's room! Once we were sorted out with the right room I was appalled at the standard of the room as there was black mould growing round the bath, wallpaper peeling and I don't think the wooden polished doors had seen polish and a duster for quite some time as it had grubby hand prints all over it. |
