We booked one of the penthouse suites with balcony and although the living area was very small & compact the terrace/balcony was extremely large taking over nearly the whole top floor, and the rest of the apartment was very spacious and well decorated. We had a few problems with the dvd in our apartment and although we were on the top floor - up 4 sets of stairs, Daniel the receptionist couldnt be more helpful, even after we called him to our room 3 or 4 times due to our ignorance with technology! We would definitely stay here again. Very pleasantly surprised.
