I have to give this a very low score i'm affraid.
Customer service- This was solely conducted by the 'caretaker' Dave, who was fantastic. Another group arrived at the same time, so we had to wait. But his tour was very imformative although quite condescending, as I think he saw us as 'youths' when actully I'm the oppisite and the other two were married. But I left a few items in the room and he, very responsiblly, enquired what the items were when I called and returned them in perfect condition (one item was worth alot of money).
Cleanliness- This was, i'm affraid to say, very poor. I noticed the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners and in the grout which I hate and other floors were not perfect. But work tops were clean as was the toliet.
Quality of room- This is the worst bit. Firstly I would like to say, the advertised apartments are nowhere near the standard that I experianced. The flat looked quite dark and dated. Every wall in the flat has a mark on it, which looks very unsightly. The dining room chairs were broken, but held together, so when u lent back u meet the floor rather quickly. Although this caused hours of entertainment, It was rather dangerous.
Thank you for your time.

Not really what I was expecting/as described. The apartment was tatty: marks on walls, damaged furniture, fridge didn't close property. Not that highly spaced: cheap looking furniture, no door on closet, cheap uncomfortable mattress. And the balcony: one foot deep and not access given, in fact I couldn't even open the windows. In addition they couldn't supply me with a VAT receipt.
Could of lived with all this if reasonably priced, but it was not. there must be much better serviced apartments in Leeds.

My freind got 'locked' in the bedroom, a door without a lock, we had to ring dave to get her out. Dave was a star all the way through though. The towels for three people were only one big towel and 2 hand towels. The toilet roll ran out and there were no spares - there was when we left as we bought some and left them! other than the few tiny things above, great stay, great appartment, will be staying again, with supplies!
