A pleasant old style B&B/pub/restaurant in the country-side. The location is great for anyone who wishes to stay near-but-not-in Basingstoke. The rooms are charming, clean but don't expect any frills. |

This is the best pub/hotel I have stayed at for a very long time. I regularly stay in Basingstoke and all over the country and I have a choice of some very expensive hotels on the company, but this was excellent. The location is on the edge of the village (Use Sat Nav), rooms are brand new, the food in the pub was excellent and the owners/staff were friendly and accomodating, plus it is only 4 miles from my office. I will definitely be staying there again. |
