Full payment is taken at the time of booking and is non refundable. A £2 card fee is added. As it is against the law to smoke in the hotel anyone found smoking will be asked to leave without refund. A £50 charge will apply for deep cleaning of rooms found to be contaminated by smoking. Our family rooms sleep 2 adults and either 1 or 2 children aged 0 - 12 years. Any party that does not match the room allocation will be refused admission without refund. We do not cater for all male parties.
