Each miniBreaks reservation is sent through to the hotel via BOTH fax and e-mail.
The fax copy includes customer credit card details to secure the reservation.
In addition a summary of invoiced / non-invoiced reservations can be accessed online via the miniBreaks extranet at any time.
Payment is requested by Direct Debit for UK properties. Other acceptable payment methods are cheque, BACS or credit card.
Payment of commission is collected by Direct Debit on the 28th day of the month for the previous month commission.
The base commission rate is 15% on the gross ticket value (i.e. includes local tax) plus VAT.
